We will at all times during the Residency Period (and any holding over period) keep possession of, and full control over, the Building and will at all times have full and free access for such purposes as We may consider appropriate.
You must also notify Us if You cease to be a Student at any time during Your Residency Period.

Any Fees and Charges paid in advance by the Student will be forfeited and the Student will remain liable to the College for Fees and Charges incurred by the Student and the balance of the Residency Fee for the Residency Period.
You remain responsible for and must continue to pay the Accommodation Fee until the end of the Residency Period.
The period of this Agreement is fixed for the Residency Period, unless otherwise agreed by the University.
You must also notify Us if You cease to be a Full Time Student at any time during Your Residency Period.
