LHI will submit to the CLIENT a valid certificate of Tax Residency (Form 6166) at least 45 days prior to first payment under this Agreement, and thereafter shall provide such certificate annually upon the CLIENT’s written request.
The Maryland Residency Form must be completed and the student verified as a Maryland resident in accordance with University System of Maryland Board of Regents policy VIII-2.70 (“Student Classification for Admission and Tuition Purposes”) in order to receive the $150 per credit hour in-state rate.
