Examples of Residency Form in a sentence

  • LHI will submit to the CLIENT a valid certificate of Tax Residency (Form 6166) at least 45 days prior to first payment under this Agreement, and thereafter shall provide such certificate annually upon the CLIENT’s written request.

  • The Maryland Residency Form must be completed and the student verified as a Maryland resident in accordance with University System of Maryland Board of Regents policy VIII-2.70 (“Student Classification for Admission and Tuition Purposes”) in order to receive the $150 per credit hour in-state rate.
