RESI Operating Account definition
RESI Operating Account means the “Operating Account” as defined in the RESI Facility.

In addition, Seller hereby authorizes Buyer, in its sole discretion, to withdraw funds from the Operating Account and remit such funds to the RESI Operating Account for any purpose permitted under and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the RESI Facility; provided that (i) there are sufficient funds in the Operating Account and a negative balance would not result therefrom and (ii) no Default or Event or Default shall have occurred or result therefrom.
