Resettable Notes definition

Resettable Notes means Notes in respect of which the “Resettable Notes Provisions” in Part A of the Final Terms are specified as being applicable in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Interest shall cease to accrue on each Note on the due date for redemption unless, upon due presentation, payment is improperly withheld or refused, in which event interest shall continue to accrue (as well after as before judgment) at the Rate of Interest (or, in the case of Resettable Notes, at the First Reset Rate of Interest or at the relevant Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest as applicable) in the manner provided in this Condition 5 to the Relevant Date (as defined in Condition 8).

  • Investment in Fixed Rate Notes or Resettable Notes involves the risk that subsequent changes in market interest rates may adversely affect the value of Fixed Rate Notes or Resettable Notes, as the case may be.

  • Exchangeable Notes means the Class M Notes and MAC Notes of the Xxxxxxx Mac STACR® Debt Notes, Series 2015-HQ1, which may be transferred only on the book-entry system operated by DTC or its successor, or under certain limited circumstances, in registered, certificated form, as provided in the Global Agency Agreement.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Class B Notes means the Class B 5.87% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.
