  • Cancellation of Reserved Time In order to ensure that maximum kitchen time is available to all clients, reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to two weeks in advance.

  • Licensee specifically reserves for its own use up to three (3) hours per week of programming time (the "Reserved Time") during which it may broadcast programming of its choice to serve community needs.

  • Licensee reserves to itself, however, the right to broadcast its own programming material for up to six (6) hours per week between the hours of 6 AM - 12:00 Noon on Sundays ("Licensee's Reserved Time") for its own regularly scheduled news, public affairs and other suitable programming designed to serve the community needs and interests of the Station's listening audience.
