Reserved Hours definition

Reserved Hours means the monthly hours that DataSync has agreed to reserve for Client’s services, if any, as specified in a Contract Document. (Last Revised on 06/01/16)

Examples of Reserved Hours in a sentence

  • In any given month, DataSync will offset this monthly amount against its ▇▇▇▇ for actual services for the month and invoice the remaining amount, if any, in addition to the Reserved Hours amount for the next succeeding month.
