Reserve Redundancy definition

Reserve Redundancy has the meaning given to such term in Section 4(iii).
Reserve Redundancy means the greater of (a) USD [*****] and (b) the amount of the reduction in Applicable Reserves from the Valuation Date through and including the Effective Date, other than the reduction equal to the Interim Paid UNL.
Reserve Redundancy has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a)(iii).

Examples of Reserve Redundancy in a sentence

  • Such difference shall be called "Reserve Deficiency" if it is negative and "Reserve Redundancy" if it is zero or positive.

  • The final determination of such disputed items shall be considered in the determination of the Reserve Redundancy or Reserve Deficiency as provided in Section 2.4.
