Reserve Escrow Account definition

Reserve Escrow Account has the meaning specified in Section 8.9(a).
Reserve Escrow Account means the separate segregated account for the exclusive use and benefit of Mortgaged Premises established pursuant to the Escrow Agreement as the Reserve Escrow Account.
Reserve Escrow Account means the Reserve Escrow Account created in the Escrow Agreement for a portion of the proceeds of the Bonds as may be required by this Bond Resolution and the Escrow Agreement.

  • Borrower hereby agrees to pay all Recurring Replacement Expenditures with respect to the Property (without regard to the amount of money then available in the Recurring Replacement Reserve Sub-Account or the Recurring Replacement Reserve Escrow Account).
