The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the service areas and the Reserve Areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use Promoter.

The SE SDA lies partially in Mid-Bedfordshire District and partially in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Keynes and comprises 3 component parts: three Strategic Reserve Areas in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Keynes as identified in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Keynes Local Plan 2001 to 2011 (to provide for about 2,500 homes), unallocated land in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Keynes (to provide for about 4,800 homes) and unallocated land in Central Bedfordshire (to provide for 2,000 homes as identified in the Central Bedfordshire (former Mid-Beds Area) Core Strategy).
