Reservation Service means the reservation service we designate in the Standards for use by System Hotels. “RevPAR Index” is a measurement produced by ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research, Inc., an independent market research firm serving the travel industry, or to the extent ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research Inc. (“STR”) is no longer in operation, a comparable independent market research firm serving the travel industry, that calculates the fair share of the amount of available revenue a hotel (or hotel brand) receives relative to its competitive set within a given market.

Reservation Service means the online reservation system of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ through which INNkeepers can make their rooms available for reservation, and through which Guests can book reservations at an INN for overnight accommodations with such service provided on both ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and Standalone Websites Powered by INNsight. "Standalone Website (Powered by INNsight)" means an INN's website which is hosted and managed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s online content and property management system and is supported by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Reservation Service or Third Party Transaction Site. "Third Party (Transaction) Site" refers to a third party website (i.e. franchise, Online Travel Agent (OTA), Central Reservation System (CRS), or other booking enabled website) where INNkeepers can make their rooms available for reservation, and through which Guests can book reservations at INN for overnight accommodations.

Examples of Reservation Service in a sentence

  • If we suspend the Hotel from the Reservation Service, we may divert reservations previously made for the Hotel to other System Hotels or Network Hotels.

  • We will, directly or indirectly, furnish you with the Reservation Service (as defined in Subparagraph 6.a.(15) below).

  • You acknowledge and agree that the Program is not the Reservation Service referred to in this Agreement, nor is it considered an outside reservation service or system, but rather, it is an optional, supplemental service whereby reservation calls to the Hotel will be referred to an offsite call center.

  • Therefore, if we transfer or assign this Agreement, your right to use any programs, rights or services related to or provided by the Entities or their designees, including the Reservation Service, any guest frequency program not unique to the Licensed Brand, and any Marks, may terminate.

Reservation Service means the reservation service we designate in the Standards for use by System Hotels. "Room Addition Fee" means a sum equal to the then-current Room Addition Fee charged for new System Hotels multiplied by the number of Additional Guest Rooms you wish to add to the Hotel in accordance with Subsection 6.6.3. "Sanctioned Person" means any person or entity (including financial institutions) who is, or is owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of any of the foregoing: (a) the Government of any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions in force and which currently include the Government of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria ("Sanctioned Countries"); (b) located in, organized under the laws of or ordinarily resident in Sanctioned Countries; (c) identified from by any government or legal authority under applicable Trade Restrictions as a person with whom dealings and transactions by Franchisee and/or its Affiliates are prohibited or restricted, including but not limited to persons designated under United Nations Security Council Resolutions, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") List of Specially Designated Nationals and Other Blocked Persons; the U.S. Department of State's lists of persons subject to non-proliferation sanctions; the European Union Financial Sanctions List; persons and entities subject to Special Measures regulations under Section 311 of the USA

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
