Reservation Payment definition

Reservation Payment. Means any payment made to Applicant at the conclusion of each Capability Period based on an Aggregation’s Portfolio Quantity, its Incentive Rate, and its Average Season Performance Factor, which will be calculated, by Aggregation, at a dollar amount equal to the applicable Incentive Rate per kW per Capability Period multiplied by Applicant’s Portfolio Quantity multiplied by Applicant’s Average Season Performance Factor.
Reservation Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Reservation Payment means, for each Billing Period, the payment to be made by Purchaser to Seller for the Contract Capacity available to Purchaser from the Dedicated Unit or Replacement Power delivered by Seller to Purchaser during such Billing Period, in accordance with Section 10.1(b) subject to the other terms of this Agreement. The Reservation Payment includes all of Seller's fixed costs associated with the Dedicated Unit and the Common Facilities, including, but not limited to, fixed operating and maintenance costs and property taxes.

Examples of Reservation Payment in a sentence

  • If your reservation is declined, you will be notified and your Reservation Payment will be refunded.

  • If we are held liable for any damages related to your reservation or this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement of the Reservation Payment paid to us.

  • At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit.

  • We will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on Reservation Payments, except to the extent required by law.

  • You may make your Reservation Payment by the means described in the Payment Instructions.

  • The Reservation Payment is fully refundable by us to you at any time (for example, if you choose to cancel or abandon your reservation, or if we decline to maintain you as a reservation holder).

  • This Agreement is formed and becomes effective when we receive both your: (1) validly executed Agreement and (2) Reservation Payment in the amount and form stated in the Payment Instructions provided to you in connection with this Agreement.

  • You understand that we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment.

  • The Reservation Payment is fully refundable by us to you at any time (for example, if you choose to abandon your reservation, or if we decline to maintain you as a reservation holder).

  • This Agreement is formed and becomes effective when we receive both your: (1) validly executed Agreement and (2) Reservation Payment in the amount stated in clause 2 of the “Instructions and Bank Accounts for Reservation Payments” on page 3 of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Reservation Payment

Reservation Payment means the Auction Clearing Price, multiplied by the Portfolio Quantity, multiplied by the Annual Performance Factor.
Reservation Payment. Individuals: X Room, Tax and Incidentals or routed to a master account, by direction of client.
