Reservation Environment definition

Reservation Environment means all lands, air, surface water and groundwater, natural resources, sacred sites and traditional spiritual and cultural properties located within the exterior boundaries of the Lac du Flambeau Indian Reservation.
Reservation Environment means the environment within the exterior boundaries of the Rincon Reservation and other lands held in trust status by the U.S. federal government for the Rincon Band or its members.

  • If the Tribe determines that the Project is not subject to a Categorical Exemption and that the Project may cause a Significant Effect on the Off- Reservation Environment, the Tribe shall prepare an Initial Study.

  • The arbitrator shall take into consideration whether the final TEIR provides the data and information necessary to enable the County and Impacted City, if any, to determine both whether the Project may result in a Significant Effect on the Off­ Reservation Environment and whether the proposed measures in mitigation are sufficient to mitigate any such effect.

  • The arbitrator shall take into consideration whether the final TEIR provides the data and information necessary to enable the County to determine both whether the Project may result in a Significant Effect on the Off- Reservation Environment and whether the proposed measures in mitigation are sufficient to mitigate any such effect.

  • The TEIR shall also contain an index or table of contents and a summary, which shall identify each Significant Effect on the Off- Reservation Environment with proposed mitigation measures and alternatives that would reduce or avoid that effect.
