Research Uses definition

Research Uses means all uses which are neither Therapeutic Uses, as defined below, nor Prohibited Uses, as defined below.
Research Uses means experimental in vitro research conducted by A-TCP in its own laboratories and for its own internal use in the performance of the research program described in Article 2.1 (the "Research Program"). No other use of the cells by PI is anticipated or allowed under this agreement.
Research Uses means experimental research and evaluation of Research Materials conducted in PI's own laboratories and for internal use in the performance of the research program described in Appendix B (the "Research Program"), and any subsequent addenda approved by the parties in writing thereto. Research U sees specifically excludes any commercial use of Research Materials or any use outside the scope of Appendix B without the prior express written permission of NeuralStem.

Related to Research Uses

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
