Research Termination Date definition

Research Termination Date means the earlier of December 31, 2005 or the date upon which the Research Program is terminated under Article X.

  • Any party desiring such an extension shall notify the other party in writing of that fact not less than sixty (60) days prior to the initial Research Termination Date.
