Research Representatives definition

Research Representatives means those Research Staff who are representatives for Research at the University with respect to Research Agreements and any other researchers in charge of University work matters with respect to Research that attracts confidentiality obligations.

  • All research proposals or requests shall be provided to the Research Subcommittee and voted on by the Designated Research Representatives.

Related to Research Representatives

  • Procurement Representative means the following individual in the Procurement Services Department:

  • Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.
