Research Cooperator definition
Research Cooperator as used herein shall mean and include any person, who may be decided pursuant to Article 19 hereof.
Research Cooperator as used herein shall mean and include any person, other than Researchers in Charge identified in Article 2 hereof or subsequently nominated as such pursuant to Article 5.2 hereof, who cooperates with the Project hereunder in the capacity of cooperator for the furtherance thereof in accordance with Article 23 hereof.
