Research Application definition

Research Application means use of a Licensed Product or component thereof for research and clinical research applications. For purposes herein, the performance of a clinical trial using a Licensed Product during the Collaboration shall be deemed a Research Application.
Research Application means a software developed and provided for Research Use only, including its documentation, if any.
Research Application means the Recipient’s ATP Research Application Form approved by the Provider in connection with the Study;

Examples of Research Application in a sentence

  • Contractor must complete and submit a Research Application to RPA and if RPA approves the Research Application, Contractor must also execute a Data Use and Confidentiality Agreement (“DUA”) with RPA.

  • The Applicant is the person or entity on whose behalf this Copyright Ownership Research Application Form has been completed.

  • Access to CiNA Research datasets requires a submission of a proposal for review and approval by the NAACCR Research Application Review Work Group (RApR).

  • If Service Provider wishes to receive, gather or use confidential student data for purposes other than those authorized under this Agreement, then prior to receiving, gathering or using any confidential student data for such purposes, Service Provider will complete and submit a Research Application to RPA and await approval or denial from RPA.

Related to Research Application
