In the event that the Purchaser and the Vendor resolve in writing all such disagreements, the amount for the Cash Resale Payment so agreed in writing by the Purchaser and the Vendor will be final, conclusive and binding upon, and non-appealable, by the Parties.
If the Company fails to make such Limited Resale Payment within two (2) business days of the Original Warrants Exercise Date, the amount owned by the Company to the Holder hereunder shall increase by one percent (1%) of the principal amount owed, accrued on a daily basis until the Limited Resale Payment is made.
Upon receipt of the Limited Resale Payment pursuant to this section, the Holder shall promptly deliver this Warrant to the Company for cancellation.
