Resale Listing(s) definition
Resale Listing(s) means a list containing the names, the telephone numbers, addresses and zip codes of Customers of CLEC within the defined geographic area, except to the extent such Customers of CLEC have requested not to be listed in a directory.
Resale Listing(s) means a list containing the names, the telephone numbers, addresses and zip codes of Customers of 21/st/ Century within the defined geographic area, except to the extent such Customers of 21/st/ Century have requested not to be listed in a directory.
Resale Listing(s) means a list containing the names, the telephone numbers, addresses and zip codes of Customers of AT&T within the defined geographic area, except to the extent such Customers of AT&T have requested not to be listed in a directory. “Resale Services” is as defined in Article X, Section 10.1.
