Res Check definition
Res Check means compliance software used to create effective compliance and enforcement which will unlock deeper energy savings, reduced costs, higher building resale value, and minimized environmental impact. This is a requirement of the city of Houston Code Enforcement for all residential structures. The software requires the user to input the square footage of wall space, the square footage of all glazing, the value of wall and attic insulation and finally the types of heating/air conditioning systems.

Beginning on the Effective Date, and remaining in effect for the duration of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide the Customer with the following services, without limitation: • Manual D; • Manual J; • Manual S; and • DOE Res Check.
