Requisite Request definition
Requisite Request means a written request to create a Trust signed by (a) at least two Eligible Parties and (b) a majority of the Eligible Parties party to the Proceeding for which the creation of a Trust is requested.

UPI Mandate Request means a request (intimating the UPI Bidder by way of a notification on the UPI linked mobile application and by way of an SMS on directing the UPI Bidder to such UPI linked mobile application) to the UPI Bidder initiated by the Sponsor Banks to authorize blocking of funds in the relevant ASBA Account through the UPI application equivalent to Bid Amount and subsequent debit of funds in case of Allotment.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
