Examples of Required Quantities in a sentence

  • Required Quantities may increase or decrease than to above given tentative quantities and may be ordered on need base.

  • No Required Quantities or Minimum Amounts: Supplier acknowledges that that this agreement does not impose any minimum-quantity or minimum-spend-amount requirements on Customer.

  • Seller hereby grants Purchaser a priority security interest in all Gold recovered from the Designated Properties which security interest shall remain in effect until the Required Quantities of Gold are delivered to Purchaser or Purchaser’s agent at the Delivery Points on the Delivery Dates.

  • If Supplier does not remedy an On-Time Delivery and/or Required Quantities failure in the applicable Remedy Quarter, Prestige will be entitled to discount of one percent (1%) for all Products that are Manufactured on the applicable Line in the Remedy Quarter.
