Required Plan definition

Required Plan has the meaning provided for in Section 5.1.1.
Required Plan means an explosives management plan referred to in regulation 161 and required under regulation 157(7) to accompany an application for a licence referred to in that regulation.
Required Plan means a material employee benefit plan, program, arrangement or policy mandated by local Requirements of Law other than any governmental plan or program requiring the mandatory payment of social insurance Taxes or similar contributions to a governmental fund with respect to the wages of an employee.

Examples of Required Plan in a sentence

  • Unless the Decommissioning Committee unanimously votes to select any plan other than the Required Plan, the Required Plan will become the selected Decommissioning Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Participant’s employment or service with the Company is terminated as set forth above in this Section 3.1(b) prior to stockholder adoption of the Required Plan Amendments, this SAR shall be immediately forfeited as of Participant’s termination of service and no payment shall be made under this Agreement or the Plan.

  • In the event that sufficient savings (as determined by the Required Plan Sponsors) are not achieved, unless the Debtors and the Required Consenting Stakeholders agree otherwise but subject to the reasonable written consent of the DIP Agent and Required Consenting DIP Lenders, certain of the Debtors’ assets will be separated from the Debtors’ remaining assets to the extent not inconsistent with 28 U.S.C. § 959(b).

  • Within fifteen (15) Business Days after Owner receives any proposed updates, modifications, amendments or other changes to any Required Plan Provisions, Owner shall accept or reject and provide any comments to such updates, modifications, amendments or other changes to the Required Plan Provisions.

Related to Required Plan

  • Parent Plan means an Employee Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained, or contributed to by Parent or its Affiliates or with respect to which Parent or its Affiliates have any liability.

  • Supplemental Plan means a written plan for a child outlining the agency's plan to locate a permanent placement for the child and which may be developed concurrently with the case plan.

  • Permitted Plan means any employee benefits plan of the Company or any of its Affiliates and any Person acting in its capacity as trustee, agent or other fiduciary or administrator of any such plan.

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.
