Required Net Yield definition

Required Net Yield means, at any time, 8%.
Required Net Yield means the required net yield used to calculate the Margin applicable to any Fixed Rate Borrowing Tranche advanced on or after the Closing Date, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion in accordance with Section 2.5.2.
Required Net Yield means the minimum net yield which a Loan shall bear to Buyer, as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
