Required course definition

Required course means a course that has been designated as “required” by the Law School faculty and for which academic credit must be earned in order to qualify for the J.D. degree. See Section 201(6) for a list of required courses.
Required course means a compulsory course that must be passed to complete a programme of study.
Required course means any University Required Course (URC), Faculty Required Course (FRC), or Programme Required Course (PRC) offered by the University

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
