Required access definition

Required access means access that is necessary to conduct any of the following:
Required access means the Customer Networks identified by Cysiv for the purposes of Cysiv providing the Services and Deliverables described in this Agreement.

Examples of Required access in a sentence

  • Required access to any City structures or right of way or features of shared responsibility within the LRT ROW must be coordinated with TriMet to assure the safety of personnel and coordination with passage of light rail trains.

  • Required access to any City structures or restriction of City ROW or features of shared responsibility within City ROW must be coordinated with City to assure the safety of personnel and the travelling public.

  • Required access is accomplished by keeping the area on either side of the pipeline contained within the ROW clear of trees, shrubs, buildings, structures or any other encroachments that might interfere with access to the pipeline.
