Examples of Requesting Partner in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise approved by the General Partner (which approval may be withheld by the General Partner in its sole and absolute discretion), a Requesting Partner shall not claim, assert or report to any third party that any information provided or disclosed pursuant to this Section 2.08(e) has been certified, validated or otherwise guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the General Partner, the Partnership, any Fund, any Portfolio Company or any other Partner.

  • Such number may thereafter be disclosed by such Requesting Partner in the manner described in the first sentence of this paragraph.

  • A Requesting Partner shall pay the reasonable costs and expenses of the General Partner relating to the delivery of information requested hereunder.

  • Without limitation on the preceding sentence, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the General Partner, the Partnership, the Funds, the Portfolio Companies, and the other Partners shall not have any liability in respect of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such information that is disclosed by a Requesting Partner in connection with the organization of a new investment fund and shall not be deemed to have any duties to the Persons investing in such fund.

  • Simultaneously with the adjustment of the Percentage Interest of the Requesting Partner, the Percentage Interest of the Responding Partner shall be adjusted to equal 100% less the newly adjusted Percentage Interest of the Requesting Partner.

  • Should the parties agree on the Independent Expert, the Requesting Partner shall send a communication to the Independent Expert in the form attached as Annex 15.2(b)(i).

  • Any such termination as to volumes that are not Committed Volumes shall be effective 60 days after the closing of the sale by the Requesting Partner Group of its Interests in accordance with Section 6.4(e).

  • Such request shall be made by the Requesting Partner by delivering a Notice to the General Partner (a “Cause Notice”).

  • The Independent Expert so notified will have 7 days to notify the Requesting Partner of its acceptance in writing of its appointment.

  • Such list shall be obtained by Requesting Partner and shall contain the names of 10 persons who, in the opinion of said Officer, are experienced and qualified in the operation, management and leasing of space in large Southern California shopping malls.
