Requested Line Item Performance definition

Requested Line Item Performance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(a)(ii).
Requested Line Item Performance shall equal [****] based on manufacturing and capacity constraints only, and shall be calculated as follows: 100% times (x) order lines delivered to Trident Group two (2) days before or one (1) day after the last requested deliver date, divided by (y) total number of order lines.

Related to Requested Line Item Performance

  • Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:

  • Certificate of Total Performance means a certificate issued indicating that the Work has been achieved;

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Underlying Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:
