A Repurchase Request Recipient shall not be required to provide any information in a Rule 15Ga-1 Notice protected by the attorney-client privilege or attorney work product doctrines.

If either Party receives a public information request for information obtained pursuant to this Contract (“TPIA Request Recipient”), the TPIA Request Recipient shall provide the Disclosing Party a copy of such request within three (3) business days of receipt or determination that the Disclosing Party’s records are responsive.
