Request Receipt Date definition

Request Receipt Date means the first date on which unrevoked valid Special Meeting Requests made by holders of record Owning shares of common stock representing in the aggregate not less than the Requisite Percent shall have been delivered to the Secretary at the principal executive offices of the corporation.

Related to Request Receipt Date

  • Receipt Date shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 2.06(c)(vi).

  • Trust Receipt shall have the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).

  • Repurchase Request Rejection As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.
