Request for Services (RFS) definition

Request for Services (RFS) is a second solicitation process to contractors on a pre-qualified Master Agreement that requests specific and detailed services as defined in a Statement of Work at a time when such services are needed.
Request for Services (RFS) means the document including the job title, job duties, skill sets, qualifications, deliverables and overall specifications used to request and identify suitable candidates to fulfill an Authorized User's service need. Request for Service is also used when referring to the entire end-to-end process conducted by the State through the VMS to procure and hire Contracted Personnel. "SBOP" means the State Bureau of Procurement, Wisconsin Department of Administration.

  • Request for Services or “RFS” means the document used by the City’s Project Manager to obtain services under this Agreement. The RFS must include a description of required services and schedule. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Secretary of State and such registered agent can be found with due diligence at the registered office.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Solicitation” or "Request for Applications (RFA means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
