Request for Modification definition

Request for Modification has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.01(a)(iv)(A).
Request for Modification has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Request for Modification means a written request by Vendor for a modification of any of the terms of this Agreement or a Purchase Order.

Examples of Request for Modification in a sentence

  • Where an employee requests, for his/her own convenience, a change in a starting time that would otherwise result in eligibility for a shift bonus, that employee shall waive entitlement to such shift bonus by executing a form entitled “Employee Request for Modification of Starting Time/Shift and Waiver of Shift Bonus (differential).

  • Immediately upon Closing, Seller will complete a Request for Modification to delete the product, and Purchaser will fill out a Request for Modification to add it.

  • The “minimum allowable jump height” for each height category is the minimum height permitted without a Request for Modification being made.

  • If the LC Bank shall have approved the form of such Modification of such Letter of Credit, the LC Bank shall not later than 11:00 A.M.   • Proposer may be required to make additional submittals during the term of the Contract, including Request for Modification or Substitution (HRD Form 11).

  • Such Request for Modification shall specify, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Issuing Lender: (I) the Letter of Credit to be modified; (II) the proposed modification to the face amount thereof; (III) the proposed effective date of modification thereof, which shall be a Business Day; and (IV) such other matters as the Issuing Lender may reasonably require.

  • The research design will be considered final upon approval of a Request for Modification by the Office of Management and Budget or, in the case of no revisions after pretest, if no modifications to the research study design are deemed necessary.

  • The right to enforce any such condition or covenant is in the sole jurisdiction of Lessor.
