Request for Mediation definition

Request for Mediation means the written notice to initiate the mediation program as specified in the mediation program administrative procedures.

Request for Mediation means federation invites the other party to resolve the dispute through Mediation as per RK e-ADR Federation Rules and Regulations.

Examples of Request for Mediation in a sentence

  • To initiate mediation, the initiating Party shall serve a Request for Mediation on the opposing Party.

More Definitions of Request for Mediation

Request for Mediation means an application to initiate mediation proceedings under the Mediation Rules; and
