Request for Funds (RFF) definition

Request for Funds (RFF) means a request for reimbursement by a Subrecipient for Eligible Expenses on forms provided by the Department.

Examples of Request for Funds (RFF) in a sentence

  • To receive payment for the Work performed, or to receive an operating advance, the Contractor must submit, on forms provided by the Department, a duly executed ESG Request for Funds (RFF).

  • When Grantee submits a Request for Funds (RFF) on OPUS, they are required to download documentation of the costs for which they are requesting payment.

  • Request for Funds (RFF) must be requested by the Grantee through the Department’s online grant portal (Portal).

  • The authorized signatory for Subrecipient set forth on the SERA Access Authorization Form, Attachment K, to this Agreement, must approve the submission of each Request for Funds (RFF) on behalf of Subrecipient.

  • Except in months in which no expenses eligible for reimbursement under this Standard Agreement were incurred in the prior calendar month, Contractor shall submit to THE VITALITY PROJECT on or before the last day of each month, an itemized Request for Funds (RFF) for all eligible expenses incurred during the preceding calendar month.

  • Each Request for Funds (RFF) must also be accompanied by a completed Detailed Expense Report (DER) as provided by the Department.

  • Request for Funds (RFF) must be requested by the grantee through the Commence grant portal.

  • Contractor shall submit a Request for Funds (RFF) and Detailed Expense Report (DER) in a manner and format approved by the Department within thirty (30) days after the end of the State Mandated reporting period.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENDITURES: Expenditures incurred by CONTRACTOR pursuant to Attachment C- Contract Budget, shall be reimbursed to the CONTRACTOR by the STATE upon receipt of an accurate, complete Request for Funds (RFF).

  • All final Request for Funds (RFF) shall be submitted to the Department within 30 days after the expenditure deadline.
