To receive payment for the Work performed, or to receive an operating advance, the Contractor must submit, on forms provided by the Department, a duly executed ESG Request for Funds (RFF).
When Grantee submits a Request for Funds (RFF) on OPUS, they are required to download documentation of the costs for which they are requesting payment.

All final Request for Funds (RFF) shall be submitted to the Department within 30 days after the expenditure deadline.
