Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;
Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.
Bid Proposal or “Proposal” means the bidder’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.
Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
Non-Acceptance of Proposal means another proposal was deemed more advantageous to the University or that all proposals were rejected.
Request for Proposal or RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
TO Technical Proposal means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS+ TORFP dated date of TO Technical Proposal.
Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).
Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.
Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;
Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Notice of Proposal to Negotiate has the meaning set forth in Section 10(c) hereof.
Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
