Request for Credit definition

Request for Credit means a written request signed by Borrower requesting a disbursement of funds under this Agreement (or a telephonic or Telefax request as allowed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), together with such documentation and information as Bank may require and meeting the requirements set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

SECURITY DOCUMENTS means, collectively, this Agreement, the Security Agreements, the Guaranties, the Financing Statements and any and all other agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, chattel mortgages, security agreements, pledges, guaranties, assignments of production or proceeds of production, assignments of income, assignments of contract rights, assignments of partnership interests, assignments of royalty interests, assignments of performance, completion or surety bonds, standby agreements, subordination agreements, undertakings and other instruments and Financing Statements now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of, any Credit Document, as any of them may from time to time be amended, modified, restated or supplemented.

Related to Request for Credit

  • Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Term Loans or Revolving Credit Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.
