Examples of Request for Consultation in a sentence

  • If, within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Request for Consultation is delivered, the dispute cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration upon the request of either party to the dispute with written notice to the other (the “Dispute Notice”).

  • If within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Request for Consultation is delivered the Dispute cannot be resolved, any party to such Dispute may apply for the Dispute to be settled by arbitration.

  • If within thirty (30) Days following the date on which the Request for Consultation is delivered the dispute cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration upon the request of either party with written notice to the other (the “Notice”).

  • If the Dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Request for Consultation is delivered, any party to such Dispute may apply for the Dispute to be settled by arbitration.

  • If within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Request for Consultation is delivered the dispute cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration upon the request of either party with written notice to the other (the “Notice”).
