Request for Change (RFC) definition

Request for Change (RFC) means a request for change which is captured in an RFC-form and sent to BT for assessment and or completion.
Request for Change (RFC) means a formal proposal for a change to be made. A Request for Change includes details of the proposed change.

Examples of Request for Change (RFC) in a sentence

  • In the event that the Buyer files a Request for Change ("RFC") with the Seller and the RFC does not subsequently become an SCN for any reason, such RFC will be cancelled without charge to the Buyer.

  • Named Contacts can submit a Request for Change (RFC) via a Request for Change form, which should be sent by email to the BT Customer Service Desk, as specified in the Customer Handbook.
