Request for an appeal definition

Request for an appeal means the written request by an appellant for an administrative hearing to determine whether the record of the report should be amended, expunged, or removed on the grounds that it is inaccurate or being maintained in a manner inconsistent with the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.
