Repurchased Units definition
Repurchased Units have the meanings given to such terms in the recitals hereto.
Repurchased Units has the meaning specified in Section 7.7.
Repurchased Units means, collectively, the ACIP Acquired Units and the ASP Acquired Units.

The Borrower shall use the proceeds of the 2025 Incremental Term Loans incurred on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date solely to fund the repurchase by the Borrower of the Repurchased Units.
