Subject as provided below, Units may be repurchased at the option of Unitholders as at each Repurchase Day.
Unitholders wishing to submit their Units for repurchase should send a completed Repurchase Notice or such other notice as the Administrator may determine from time to time, so as to be received by the Administrator by no later than 6:00 p.m. (Tokyo time) on the Repurchase Application Day relating to the relevant Repurchase Day.
The Administrator will generally remit repurchase proceeds (net of the costs of remittance) by wire transfer as directed by the Unitholder in the Functional Currency within four Business Days following the relevant Repurchase Day, subject to the receipt of the applicable sale proceeds of the Notes.
