Reprocessed Orders definition
Reprocessed Orders means any Order, or portion thereof, which was completed through the on-line checkout feature of the Application Services, subsequently canceled and re-processed through any other Client method or channel prior to the delivery date of the original Order.

If, during the course of investigating Orders processed through the Application Services that were cancelled prior to delivery, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ discovers that such Orders were Reprocessed Orders, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will include any such original Orders in the applicable Sales Statement as Delivered Sales.
