Represented Company definition
Represented Company means a company present only with “guest products”, brand or trademark on the stand of a Direct Exhibitor. Direct Exhibitors are responsible for the trade sector compatibility of Co-exhibitors and Represented Companies.
Represented Company means a company in attendance with a brand and/or product “hosted” at an Exhibitor’s stand (see Article 6).
Represented Company means a company present only with “guest products” on the stand of a Direct Exhibitor.
Examples of Represented Company in a sentence
All communications involving attorney-client confidences between the Represented Company Shareholders, Seller Representative, the Company and its Subsidiaries, or any of their respective Affiliates, on the one hand, and F▇▇▇▇, on the other hand, in the course of the preparations, planning, negotiation, documentation and consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will be deemed to be attorney-client confidences that belong solely to the Represented Company Shareholders.
Accordingly, without the prior written consent of the Represented Company Shareholders, the Surviving Company and its Subsidiaries will not have access to any such communications, or to the files of F▇▇▇▇ relating to engagement, if the Closing will have occurred.
