Represented Company definition

Represented Company means a company present only with “guest products”, brand or trademark on the stand of a Direct Exhibitor. Direct Exhibitors are responsible for the trade sector compatibility of Co-exhibitors and Represented Companies.
Represented Company means a company in attendance with a brand and/or product “hosted” at an Exhibitor’s stand (see Article 6).
Represented Company means a company present only with “guest products” on the stand of a Direct Exhibitor.

Examples of Represented Company in a sentence

  • All communications involving attorney-client confidences between the Represented Company Shareholders, Seller Representative, the Company and its Subsidiaries, or any of their respective Affiliates, on the one hand, and F▇▇▇▇, on the other hand, in the course of the preparations, planning, negotiation, documentation and consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will be deemed to be attorney-client confidences that belong solely to the Represented Company Shareholders.

  • Accordingly, without the prior written consent of the Represented Company Shareholders, the Surviving Company and its Subsidiaries will not have access to any such communications, or to the files of F▇▇▇▇ relating to engagement, if the Closing will have occurred.
