Representative Council definition

Representative Council means a transitional representative council defined in section 9A;
Representative Council means the subcommittee established pursuant to rule 9.1(a) and having the responsibilities as outlined in rule 9.1(b) and elsewhere in this Constitution.
Representative Council means the members appointed as a representative of a Member Nation pursuant to section 8.2.1 or as a representative of the Indigenous Guests pursuant to section 8.2.3;
