Representative Claimant means the authorized representative ordered

More Definitions of Representative Claimant

Representative Claimant means the legal representative of a Claimant, whether a minor or a person under legal disability. You MUST provide proof of your authority to act as the representative of a post-traumatic stress Claimant.
Representative Claimant means the person with legal authority to act on behalf of a Primary Claimant who is: (a) a Minor; or (B) legally incapacitated. A person is legally incapacitated if the person has been adjudicated by a court or agency with proper jurisdiction to be incompetent and unable to understand or communicate information necessary to meet essential requirements of physical health, safety or property management.
Representative Claimant means a person with legal authority to act on behalf of a deceased or legally incapacitated Eleventh Amendment Class Member.
Representative Claimant means an estate, administrator or other legal representative, trust or "special needs trust" of a Dexatrim(R) Product User or Derivative Claimant. For the purpose of clarity, the parties acknowledge that Representative Claimants are entitled to any and all rights and benefits under this Settlement Agreement that the represented Dexatrim(R) Product Users and/or Derivative Claimant would have received hereunder regardless of any state law to the contrary.
Representative Claimant means the guardian, estate, administrator, or other legal representative, including a person acting pursuant to a power of attorney for a Settlement Class Member, with authority to act on behalf of a Settlement Class Member. Representative Claimants do not include a Settlement Class Member’s counsel unless that counsel is acting under a power of attorney from the Settlement Class Member. Representative Claimants also do not include persons or entities, such as claim aggregator companies, who purchase a User’s claim(s), charge a User to submit a Claim Form, and/or seek to retain a portion of a User’s claim(s) in exchange for submitting a Claim Form on behalf of such User.

  • Administrative Claim means a Claim for costs and expenses of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred on or after the Petition Date until and including the Effective Date of preserving the Estates and operating the Debtors’ businesses; and (b) Allowed Professional Fee Claims.

  • Allowed Administrative Claim means all or that portion of an Administrative Claim which is an Allowed Claim.

  • Claimant means a person who believes that he or she is being denied a benefit to which he or she is entitled hereunder.

  • Administrative Claim Bar Date means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which shall be 30 days after the Effective Date.

  • Administrative Claims means Claims that have been timely filed before the Administrative Claim Bar Date (except as otherwise provided by a separate order of the Bankruptcy Court), for costs and expenses of administration under sections 503(b), 507(b) or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred after the Petition Date of preserving the Estate and operating the business of the Debtor (such as wages, salaries or commissions for services and payments for goods and other services and leased premises); and (b) all fees and charges assessed against the Estate under chapter 123 of title 28 United States Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1911-1930, but excluding Professional Fee Claims.
