Representation Issue definition

Representation Issue means Buyer’s determination that there is a breach of a representation and warranty with respect to a Purchased Mortgage Loan (including a breach of any representation set forth on Schedule 1-A or Schedule 1-B hereof, as applicable), which breach adversely affects the value of such Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s interest therein, as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.
