Representation fee definition

Representation fee means the fee in lieu of dues defined in N.J.S.A. 34:13A-5.5, deducted from a nonmember's wages or salary and paid to the majority representative of the nonmember's unit.
Representation fee means the fee which a person in the negotiating unit for which the Association is the majority representative who is not a member of the Association is required to pay for services rendered.
Representation fee means the fee that an employee in the bargaining unit who does not become a member of LEA is required to pay to LEA to offset his or her per capita share of the cost of chargeable activities;

Examples of Representation fee in a sentence

  • Representation fee deductions shall be handled and transmitted by the Board in the same fashion as membership deductions as provided for in this Article.
