Repossession Date definition

Repossession Date means a date, whether during or after the Scheduled Lease Term, upon which Landlord or Landlord's nominee takes possession of the Premises, with or without terminating this Lease.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.
