Reporting Template definition

Reporting Template means the relevant common template for reporting on Concessionality Amounts, Grant Operations or Private Sector Operations, as set forth in Part 10 of this Operations Manual (or in the case of Private Sector Operation, any such other template adopted consistent with the Private Sector Operation Guidelines), or as set forth in the relevant FPAs, in either case as may be circulated by the Coordination Unit or posted on the CFF website following consultations with the Steering Committee.
Reporting Template means the relevant common template for reporting, as set forth in this Operations Manual, or as set forth in the relevant FPAs, in either case as may be circulated by the Secretariat or posted on the PPR FIF website following consultations with the Governing Board.

  • Seller shall, no later than thirty (30) days following each calendar year in which Seller has delivered any goods to Buyer, under this Contract or otherwise, complete and provide to Buyer a single and comprehensive Conflict Minerals Reporting Template, using the form found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • The Authority may provide the Supplier with supplemental guidance for completing the MI Reporting Template or submitting MI Reports from time to time which may for example indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional.

  • If the MI Reporting Template is amended by the Authority at any time, then the Supplier agrees to provide all future MI Reports in accordance with the most recent MI Reporting Template issued by the Authority.

  • The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 8.

  • The Supplier may not make any amendment to the current MI Reporting Template without the prior Approval of the Authority.

  • The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.

  • The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template.

More Definitions of Reporting Template

Reporting Template means the format for Service Providersannual reports as approved by the Steering Committee and posted on the CEEVA website.
Reporting Template means all templates including applications tools (‘apps’) approved and/or provided by DNRME for the purposes of the DO generating and providing the Reports under this Agreement.

The Code implements relevant provisions of the Victims Directive; Victims’ Directive means Directive 2012/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime; or any domestic Law which replaces such Directive following the UK’s exit from the European Union; Victims of Crime means persons who have suffered harm, including physical, mental or emotional harm or economic loss which was directly caused by a criminal offence or a close relative (or a nominated family spokesperson) of a person whose death was directly caused by a criminal offence; Vulnerable Person means a Child or vulnerable Adult; and Working Day means any day from Monday to Friday (inclusive) which is not specified or proclaimed as a bank holiday in England and Wales pursuant to section 1 of the Banking and Financial Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 including Christmas Day and Good Friday.

  • CREFC® Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Reconciliation of Funds Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Reporting Material means all Material which the Grantee is required to provide to the Commonwealth for reporting purposes as specified in the Grant Details and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Reporting Material.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • CREFC® REO Status Report The report in the “REO Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:

  • Third-Party Filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.
