Reporting start date means the date on which covered
Reporting start date means the date on which covered pharmacies begin transmitting electronic transaction records and exempt pharmacies begin sending handwritten logs, as described in subsection (b) of Section 39 of this Act.
Reporting start date means, with respect to a Transaction, the first date on which details of such Transaction must be reported in accordance with Article 5 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1247/2012 of 19 December 2012 and published 21 December 2012 in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Committee, and as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, as amended from time to time;

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
